Tajudeen Audu

  • He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Courier and Logistics Management Institute (CLMI). He holds a Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry (Ahmadu Bello University, 1984) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA, University of Ilorin, 1996). He is also a member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN).

    He is a goal-driven professional with over 30 years of significant, progressive experience and expertise in Audit/Accounting, Tax practice, Public Revenue Consultancy, Debt recoveries, Bank reconciliations, Public Enterprise Privatization, Financial and Management Consultancy, Manufacturing, Construction, Banking Services and other Business Advisory Services. He has devoted several years to building clients’ net worth and the Accounting/Audit profession generally.

    He is a visionary and global thinker, energetic and competitive achiever who can inspire and motivate team members, successfully manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. As the Engagement Partner of the firm, he coordinates all assignments carried out.

Anthony S. Ogbodo (JP)

Senior Partner, Accounting & Audit Services (FCA, FCIS, FCMA, ACTI )
  • Anthony is a versatile qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience, acquired in Auditing practice, Management and Financial Consulting and Public Sector Accounting. He primarily has the responsibility of overseeing Public Sector Revenue Administration in the firm.

    He has for many years worked as an Auditor to various Government agencies including Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI), Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) etc.

    He is a graduate of the London School of Accountancy, London. He qualified as a Chartered Secretary and Administrator in London in 1983, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, London in 1985 and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1988. He was trained and worked as an Audit Senior, Audit Manager and later Chief Internal Auditor with several audit firms. In 1994, he served as the Accountant General of Enugu State.

Sheriff Abdulkadir

Head of Tax Audit and Assurance (B.Sc., FCA)
  • Sheriff is Head of Tax, Audit & Assurance at TGS Taju Audu & Co., with focus on the Nigerian Energy Sector and Public Sector. He led the team that conducted a 5year Audit of Jos Electricity Distribution Company and has carried out various outstanding assignments within the aforementioned sectors.

    He has also been involved in various Financial Consultancy projects, Revenue collection, Accountancy and Taxation assignments of small and medium size Companies.

    He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Pelumi Odutola

Managing Partner (B.Sc., MBA, ACA)
  • Her role involves supporting multiple projects by working with most project managers within the Firm to support project implementation and execution. Her role does have a strong administration aspect to it. Following an MBA from University of South Wales, she brought her proficiency in project management to be Project Administrator of several national assignments conducted by the Firm. She has been engaged in assignments in the Oil and Gas sector, Public Sector, Financial Industry amongst several others.

    She holds a B.Sc. degree in Accounting from Covenant University and MBA degree from University of South Wales, United Kingdom.

Haliru Audu

Head, Energy & Public Infrastructure Advisory (BA, M.Sc)
  • Haliru is an energy economist and head of the Firm’s Energy and Infrastructure Practice. He has been involved in various consultancy projects in the energy sector and has a wide knowledge of the gas sector.

    Prior to joining TGS Taju Audu & Co., Haliru was a senior consultant at CPCS Transcom, a Canadian management and infrastructure consulting firm with projects in energy and transport sectors. He was part of the team that served as transaction advisor to the Government of Nigeria on the privatization of 17 successor companies created out of Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN), which is so far, the largest power sector transaction in African history and yielding $2.5 billion in proceeds for the Government. He has served as project coordinator on a study to examine the feasibility (technical, economic, and financial Viability) of New Standard Gauge Coastal Rail line: Kano – Nguru – Gashua – Damaturu – Ngala. More recently, he assisted the project team in carrying out an initial mapping and scoping of the Nigerian Oil & Gas sector as part of the preparatory study for FOSTER 2.

    He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from American University of Nigeria, and a Master’s degree in Energy Economics & Policy from University of Surrey, Guildford. He is a graduate member of Energy Institute, London (EI) and a student member of Surrey Energy Economics Center (SEEC).
